Software Technical Support

For continuing software technical support, usage and defect/warranty, IBM Network Station is included in the IBM Support Line Services for the: S/390, AS/400 and RS/6000 platforms. If you already have a Support Line contract for one of these platforms, support for the IBM Network Station is automatically included. The Family of Services offers a menu of technical support services to enhance systems availability and productivity by providing direct access to IBM Technical Specialists. IBM ServicePac: A Comprehensive Package of PC Support Services

• IBM ServicePac offers a new set of services providing PC hardware and/or software support and includes:

1. IBM Recovery Services for PCs - access to critical PC workstation and server technology within 48 hours.
2. IBM Recovery Services for End Users - access to end-user workspace in a Business Recovery Services center within 48 hours.
3. IBM End User Support - toll free PC applications and operating systems support:

• - EUS - Priority - select PC software products and operating systems.- EUS - Suite - select PC desktop suite packages and operating systems.

IBM Remote Technical Support -- setup, installation, configuration, and problem determination assistance.International Support
