IBM ValuePoint - 6482 planar failure blank screen

Symptom:
A quantity of power supplies has been shipped in system units which may cause planar (system board) problems. Likely fail symptom is a blank screen, usually following a rapid power off/power on sequence.
Problem Isolation Aids:
Check the power supply. Suspect parts are FRU 92f0411, Made by MINEBEA. Bar code label data begins with B116
Fix:
If the power supply conforms to the details above, it should be replaced.
