Aptiva - Buttons cut off in Personal Image Bundle

Symptom:
After a Rapid Resume the Window 95 Task Bar cuts off the control buttons along the bottom of the screen in 640*480 resolution. The QUIT button is also erased by this bar and therefore, there is no way to leave the application.
Solution:
If you can see the top of the button, then click the small fraction of the button that is visible. Exit the application and restart it. The buttons will be restored. This only occurs after a Rapid Resume.
