TP General - How to access Device Manager and enable a disabled port

This document explains how to access the Device Manager and enable a disabled port.

How to gain access to Device Manager in Windows 95.
1. Click on Start button and point to Settings.
2. Click on Control Panel.
3. Double-click on the System icon.
4. Click on the Device Manager tab.

How to remove the 'Red X' (Disabled) by a Port:
1. Go to Desktop and double-click on ThinkPad icon.
2. Double-click on ThinkPad features.
3. Click on device to be enabled.
4. Select "enable" on next screen.
