PS/1 - How do I use the DATE command?
Applicable to: United States
To use the DATE command, simply type DATE at the DOS command prompt. DOS will prompt you to enter the new date in the proper format.
You can separate the parts of the date with a dash (-), a slash (/), or a period (.). If you type an invalid date, DOS will tell you that the date is invalid and ask you to reenter. Do not enter the day of the week when you type in the date.
