Vinca StandbyServer - Can not monitor SSA drives on a Vinca Standby Mirror

Symptom
Cannot monitor SSA drives on a Vinca Standby Mirror.
Resolution
Any DASD that is located on the Standby server which becomes part of the the Vinca mirror becomes completely invisible to the console of the Standby Server. Therefore, any utility which will try to acces this DASD will be unable to see it becuase the Vinca code locks it out of the system. This is done by design, to insure data ingetrity of the mirror.
