Aptiva - 2140/2142 Considerations - EZ Buttons keyboard

Shortcut not removed when uninstalled. Detail: If you UnInstall the EZButtons, the icon under Start-> Programs-> Access Aptiva-> Control is NOT removed. Answer / Workaround: This is a limitation of the preload and the method in which this icon is placed on the StartMenu. The customer can remove this entry from the StartMenu manually. Limited use of "Previous" and "Next" with RingCentral. Detail: After new messages in RingCentral are played, they are place into the "Old" mailbox. The "Previous" and "Next" EZ buttons then cannot access any messages. This pretty much renders them useless. Answer / Workaround: The "Previous" and "Next" buttons are designed to function ONLY with "NEW" messages in Ring Central. Severity: 4 Preload(s): Both
