Subject :
PC Server 720 Hangs with Quad Peermaster or ARTIC Adapters
Symptom :
The PC Server 720 (8642) traps or hangs.
Problem Isolation Aids :
Two(2) or more Micro Channel Quad Peermaster adapters or two(2) or more Micro Channel ARTIC adapters are installed.
Fix :
Replace the system board with FRU p/n 06H1810.
Current system boards have an EC that enables Peer to Peer functionality between multiple Micro Channel Quad Peermaster and ARTIC adapters.
