IBM IntelliStation M Pro (Type 6889) - Tivoli installation appears to halt

SYMPTOM:
During an installation of Tivoli Lightweight Client Framework, the newly created Tivoli folder window opens in front of the last installation screen ("Setup is Complete. View Readme.txt file now?") causing the installation to appear to be hung.

PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
This tip applies, but is not limited to, IBM IntelliStation M Pro Series 6889 systems installed with Windows 95.

FIX:
Close the foreground window to view the last installation screen and complete the installation.
