Aptiva - How to turn off "Do Not Disturb" function
Applicable to: World-Wide
Both the Aptiva Communication Center and the Aptiva Ring Central feature a "Do Not Disturb" function. Activating the "DND"
function silences the ringing sound of incoming calls and automatically records a message.
Aptiva Communication Center:
1. Click on "Start", "Programs", "Aptiva Communication Center", and "Operator".
2. Click on the "Telephone" icon in the Aptiva Communication Center.
3. Click on the "DND" button to activate the "Do not disturb" function. The red light on the button indicates that the DND function is activated. See illustration below.
Ring Central:
1. Click on "Start," "Programs", "Aptiva Productivity", Aptiva Communications", then on "Ring Central".
2. The "DND" button will be found on the right side of the Ring Central main screen. Clicking this button activates and de-activates this feature. The yellow light on the button indicates that DND is activated. See illustration below.
