Aptiva - Only 2 items in Configuration Utility

Question:
I pressed F1 while my computer was rebooting to access the Configuration Utility. Why are there only two items listed when before there were many?
Answer:
If you press F1 to go into the Configuration Utility (BIOS) and only see two items: System Information and Model Information it is because Rapid Resume is enabled. It is normal for Rapid Resume to do this. To get back the other settings reboot from inside the Configuration Utility by pressing the Ctrl-Alt-Del key combination. When the Aptiva reboots, again press F1 to enter the Configuration Utility. Now you should see all of the settings for the BIOS.
