Aptiva - How to remove faxes from the queue in Ring Central
Applicable to: World-Wide
1. Open Ring Central by clicking "Start" -> "Programs" -> "Aptiva Productivity" -> "Aptiva Communications" -> "Ring Central".
2. Ring Central will load. From the Ring Central main screen, click the "Messages" button.
3. The message cabinet will open. Click the tab labeled "Outbox" to see a list of the all the faxes you have sent or scheduled to send (see Figure 1).

Note: Different version numbers of Ring Central may vary in appearance.
4. Faxes that have not yet been sent will be marked with the word "Pending", as shown in Figure 1. To remove a fax from the queue, click the log entry for the fax you want to remove once to highlight it, and then click the "Delete" button.
5. A message box will appear asking "Are you sure you want to delete this message?" Click "Yes". The fax will be removed from the queue.
6. Click the "Messages" button again to close the message cabinet.
