Note: The hardware level of the keyboard is located below the FRU part number on the belly label of the backside of the keyboard.
Symptom 1: The TrackPoint stick will physically feel loose and the TrackPoint stick will not move the cursor properly in response to finger movement.
Symptom 2: The cursor will move when the keyboard is not being touched.
Temporary Solution for both symptoms:
None available
Permanent Solution:
Hardware Level Rev A02 resolves all issues listed above. Replace the keyboard via the Technical support information located in your user's guide or supplemental provide with the keyboard.
