ISDN-S0 Active 2000 Adapter - Quicken 4.5 under Windows 95

Quicken Online requires the DOS CAPI 1.1 TSR started prior to Windows startup. To do so, the CAPI TSR must be installed during startup. The DOSCAPI.EXE which is the CAPI 1.1 DOS TSR currently located in the windows\system directory must be executed from the winstart.bat file. If there is no winstart.bat, it must be created in the windows directory.
After reboot, Quicken will find the required CAPI to run T-online via ISDN. This applies to Quicken 4.5. Quicken 6.0 and above provide a CAPI 2.0 interface and do not require the above setup. The line to be added to the file C:\WINSTART.BAT is: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\BIP9DC11.EXE
