IdeaScan Color Flatbed Scanner - Improving the system performance and mouse

The scanner buttons require system resources to operate and may impact the system performance or mouse movement. To enhance the performance try one of these helpful steps:
Boosting performance for a short period of time
During those times you may need a little more processing power, click on "Disable Buttons" in the EZ Station application. You can still use the mouse to launch the EZ Station on-screen buttons. Remember to click on "Enable Buttons" when you want to activate the scanner buttons again.
Boosting performance all of the time
Do this by clicking on "Disable Buttons" and then close the EZ Station window to save to this setting. Next time you start your system the buttons will be disabled as the default. You can still use the mouse to launch the EZ Station on-screen buttons. If you want to enable the buttons all of the time then click on "Enable Buttons" and then close the EZ Station Window.
