Power-Related Symptoms

Symptom / Error

FRU / Action in Sequence

Power shuts down during operation

1. Go to "Power Systems Checkout" on page 14 of the HMM
2. Battery pack
3. Remove the battery pack and let it cool for 2 hours
4. System board
5. Check the power outlet

The system does not power off.
(See "Power Shutdown Switch" on page 7 of the HMM)

1. Press the Power Shutdown switch
2. System board
