RETAIN H057619 - 2140 - Microphone problem under Ring Central

Symptom:
The microphone does not work under ring central. This problem will only be evident on a small batch of systems shipped to
the Field.
Models affected : 2140 - L35, L44, L45, L46
Problem:
The audio in connection from the modem to the J3 DVD connection on the system board is incorrectly plugged.
Fix:
Any systems exhibiting reference problem should be returned to a dealer/repair centre. Field personnel should disconnect
the wire mentioned above at the system board end only and plug it onto the J2 modem audio in socket.
