Error when trying to download the price for ordering checks.
Detail:
If you try to download the price for ordering checks and your modem doesn't work the first time and when you retry it displays a error window saying: Can't load QODATA.DLL.
Answer / Workaround:
This message occurs generally when you don't have well configured modem, or it wasn't auto-detected by Quicken. This is a limitation of the application. To resolve problem, verify proper modem configuration in Quicken, exit the application, then relaunch and retry connection.

After uninstall, icon left in system tray, error when starting.
Detail:
Uninstall Quicken. The icon is left in the system tray. Right click it and select Start Quicken option. The Microsoft Network icon becomes the Quicken icon. An error window is displayed "Qaware caused stack fault in module QAWARE at 0157:0040155c."
Answer / Workaround:
This problem is fixed in the latest release (Quicken ver. 6 rel. 4-I). The latest version is being "phased in" to manufacturing so only the initial shipments will contain the previous release. Part numbers not available at this time. NOTE: When in Quicken, if you click on "About"--> "Quicken" to find the version/release info, it will display "Quicken SE for Windows 95 -Release 6.0c". Regardless of 'our' release number. The version has fixes applied for us, although, it will still display the '6.0c' commercial release number.

Uninstall doesn't remove all files or the Quicken directory.
Detail:
The Uninstall process leaves some files and the directory to preserve any customer files which may be in the directory.
Answer / Workaround:
The directory may be DELTREE'd to remove unwanted files.

Quicken flyer and preload condition do not match.
Detail:
Quicken flyer in the ship group states that Quicken is pre-loaded, but it is not. This may lead to some user confusion.
Answer / Workaround:
Quicken contract required that the flyer ship as is. Preload size prevented the preloading of Quicken.

Checkbox doesn't work.
Detail:
If you go to Features -> Quicken Live (Internet) -> Update My Quicken 6 -> Update Now -> and choose the checkbox in the middle of the screen near the bottom. It reads "Skip this screen in the future." If you check or uncheck this box to skip this screen it will always show up no matter what.

Detail:
Can't play show me video help for 'Overview of the Register'.
To recreate:
1. Run quicken
2. Click 'help' from main menu bar at top
3. Click 'Contents'
4. Open 'Show Me'
5. Open 'How to Keep My Register up to Date'
6. Open 'Overview of the Register'.
