Aptiva - 2136-E40 "R0 Fax Document" in the "New" menu

Situation:
If you right-click on the Windows Desktop and select "New", an option for "R0 Fax Document" appears. If you click on that option, you get a document labeled "New R0Fax Docutoment.r0f". If you try to open that document by double-clicking on it, you get the following error "Cannot load or find R0FAXEDT.EXE".
Explanation:
The 2136-E40 does not have Ring Central installed. The "R0 Fax Document" entry is a remnant from earlier systems and software loads.
Resolution:
A file has been created to clean up the Windows 95 registry so that the "R0 Fax Document" entry is not available. The R0FAXREM.EXE file will update the system and remove the "R0 Fax Document" option. The R0FAXREM.EXE file can be found here -
