Aptiva - Internet Connection debug error

IBM Internet registration (preloaded)
Software load identifier:
p/n:76h3670 / COUAU0F
Conditions for replication:
1. Double-click the Internet Registration from the desktop.
2. Select Add a personal account & fill in the account, username and password.
3. Select country Hong Kong & phone 30049009
4. Press 'NEXT' the error is then displayed.
Error Message Displayed:
Microsoft Visual C++ debug library [Debug Error] <--- error dialog box title Program c:\programfiles\netscape\navigator\program\dunwiz.exe
Damage: after Normal block (#1559) at 0x007712CC (Press retry to debug the application)
OR
error with the block no. #1525 at 0x00_____
Result:
One can select after the error appears:
1. Abort: will cancel setup
2. Retry: will get the error:"dunwiz caused an exception 03h in module mscvr40d.dll at 0137:1021f20f
Resolution:
Reinstall software with latest level of the recovery CD.
