Aptiva - 2163/2164 Considerations - Address line A1 on IDE bus has significant undershoot

Description:
With a Quantum Eclipse+ HDD in a 2163 system some signal quality issues were observed.
NOTE: no functional impact was observed.
Models affected:
2163 and 2164
How to duplicate:
Populate specified drive and observe Address line A1 on the IDE bus.
Root cause:
Address line A1 on the IDE bus has significant undershoot.
Workaround:
Acer investigating and will phase in an EC when/if required
