Aptiva - Use of mailboxes in Ring Central

Applicable to: World-Wide

Symptom: The user tries to copy mail from his mailbox to another mailbox. When he selects the other mail-box, the Accept options aren't available. He has created a list of mailboxes but he can't select any of them.

Solution: The following are the directions for copying a message from one mailbox to another:

1. Open Ring Central.
2. Click "Menu" - > "Mailboxes".
3. Select mailbox where current message is located.
4. Click "Messages".
5. Select the message you want to copy.
6. Right-click on the message and select "copy".
7. A new screen will appear.
8. On the new screen, select the mailbox to send message to.
9. Click on "Messages" tab at top of screen.
10. Select "New" to indicate to mailbox user this is a new message or click "Cabinet" to file it in that mailbox.
11. Select "Ok"' and the message is copied.
