ComCentral - Checkbox in setup utility disappears with upgrade

Question:
After upgrading a system with CCupdate.exe from the Web, when you go into ComCentral setup utility there is no longer an option for CallerID under Phone. The operating system used is Windows 95. Is the CallerID function still supported?

Answer:
Yes, CallerID is still supported. The ComCentral firmware has been changed to always check for CallerID, thus eliminating the need for the setup utility checkbox. However, if you want to check to make sure CallerID is working, you may do so by listening for the CallerID relay. You can hear the CallerID relays 'click' between the 1st and the 2nd ring.
