At the moment we are going through a number of mail server changes, to make the services you use faster and more efficient.
One of the applications affected is IBM Questions & Answers.
This is a request for all Business Partners who are connected to this service to change a small part of your Dealer Control Document.

The route FROM IBM to you, the Business Partner will remain the same. There is no need to change this, unless it does not match
what is entered in the corresponding field above. It should read:

DQA (or title in Address Book) @ BP_domain @ firewall_domain @ country_domain @ EMEA_GNK @ ISSCIC

When you have done this, please send in a TEST question to Q&A. This will then be replied to and then you must close this question to confirm that the connection is working BOTH WAYS.
