Aptiva - 2140/2142 Considerations - AOL won't dial out if Ring Central is running

Detail:
AOL will not install correctly or dial out if Ring Central is running.
To Recreate:
1. Start RingCentral
2. Start AOL
3. Try to Sign-on to AOL. Error message is displayed as "Connect Error: Open Failed for COM1:Invalid or unsupported ID"
Answer / Workaround:
This is a know limitation (see defect 59002). Ring Central hooks the port and this causes AOL to fail. Workaround is to not have Ring Central running when logging onto AOL. (NOTE: This item exists on previous systems with Ring Central).
