Aptiva - Changing the order of database columns in list view in Microsoft Works

Applicable to: United States

To change the order of your fields in List view, do the following:

1. Highlight the column to be moved by moving the cursor to that column.

2. Press [SHIFT+F8] to highlight that column.

3. Select "Move" from the Edit menu.

4. Move the cursor to the column you wish to move the highlighted column to and press [ENTER].

The field will now appear in the column you selected. Be sure to save the database file if you want this change to be permanent.
