Updating System Program

Notes:
- You need an AC adapter and a charged battery pack to update the system program.
- If you apply Version 1.17 and use Windows 95 then you should install Notebook Manager Version 1.69 or later. Click here to obtain the latest version:
- If you apply version 1.24 or later, you should also install audio driver version 4.05.2338 or later. Click here to obtain latest Audio driver:

1. Print these instructions or display on another computer.
2. Firmly connect the AC adapter to the computer.
3. Insert the System Program Service Diskette into the diskette drive and turn on the computer.
4. Press '1' key to update the system program.

Warning: Do not turn off the computer until the update has been completed. IF YOU TURN OFF THE COMPUTER WHILE THE UPDATE IS STILL IN PROGRESS, THE SYSTEM BOARD MAY HAVE TO BE REPLACED.
