Aptiva - Hidden Taskbar
Applicable to: World-Wide
Question:
What happened to my Taskbar?
Answer:
If the Taskbar has disappeared you may have hidden it accidentally.
Move your mouse cursor down to the very bottom of your screen. Does it appear?
If so, then you have selected "Auto Hide" in Taskbar Properties.
NOTE: You may want to try moving the mouse pointer to each side of the screen. The Taskbar can be moved (dragged) to any side of the screen you wish.
If you see it become two arrows (one pointing to the center of the screen, and and the other to the center of the screen) then you probably have shrunk the size of the Taskbar so small, it is not visible. If you see the arrows as described, click and hold down your left mouse button. With the button down, drag your mouse slowly to the center of the screen. This should resize your Taskbar so that you can see it now.
