Aptiva - Ring Central does not record phone conversations

Situation:
Recordings made with Ring Central are too soft, too short, blotchy and or scratchy. Affected recordings are any Ring Central Conversation recordings except the normal telephone answering machine functions.

Solution:
Unfortunately problems with Ring Central recordings are not being fixed because this capability is being discontinued in future releases. This feature is being removed because of the different international legal requirements to inform a caller that their conversation is being recorded. These requirements often specify that a tone or beep is put onto the line by the recording party. The Lucent modem can not put the proper beep onto the line.
