Aptiva - 2144/2168 (SL-H) Considerations: Trap 000E in IBM Works

Situation:
Usually occurring in the word processor, the customer may experience a Trap 000E error as he or she types, clicks, or moves the cursor.
Reason:
This problem is caused by the preloaded video drivers.
Response to customer:
If the customer is experiencing these problems, have him or her download TX12-28.EXE from the PC Company BBS at (919) 517-0001(http://www.pc.ibm.com/us/files.html). The file is located in the Corrective Service Software section and is a self-extracting zip file. Once the file is unzipped, type GO and the install program will appear on the desktop. There is a readme file, TX12-28.DOC, included within the zip file.
