The United Kingdom keyboard (Marketing part number - 00K8660, FRU part number - 02K2387, Component part number - 12J5593) is the keyboard with this issue. United Kingdom keyboards affected by this fall in the serial number range of 0000561 to 0000700, inclusive. The Customer Help Desk should be contacted to address the issue.
