Network Station - System ABENDS0F9 when installing NSM R3 for OS/390

SYMPTOM:
When using SMP/E to install Network Station Manager (HNSB130), the BPXCOPY function invoked by SMP/E to copy over 7,000 parts into the HFS data set eventually abends with S0F9, RC=00, (Out of Storage). You may also receive an abend S878, RC10. Setting region size to 0M on the jobcard for the SMP/E apply job did not help in alleviating this problem.
SOLUTION:
Apply the applicable PTF from APAR OW35360.
