Answer:
The MM50 or MM70 monitors that shipped with the 2159 and 2162 model Aptiva systems have onscreen controls. Here are some common procedures for adjusting the monitor.
DEGAUSS
Press the "Menu" button 4 times and then press "+" or "-" until Degauss is highlighted. Now press "Select".
RESTORE FACTORY DEFAULTS
Press "Menu" 4 times and then press "+" or "-" until Recall is highlighted. Now press "Select" then press "+" or "-" to highlight "Yes". Press "Select" once more.
RESTORE DEFAULT COLOURS
Press "Menu" 2 times and the press "+" or "-" until "Preset Color" is highlighted. Press "Select" and then press "+" or "-" until 9300 or 6550 is highlighted and then press "Select" again.
