Your server comes with one 3.5-inch, 1.44 MB diskette drive, and one 5.25-inch CD-ROM drive. The following illustrations show the server front view with the door (if any) removed.
Your server comes with an IDE CD-ROM drive.
The design of your server accommodates an additional 5.25-inch half-height device, such as tape or a rewritable optical disk drive. For information on the supported types of drives and their installation, see Internal Drives Installation or Removing.
The 3.5-inch, 1.44 MB (MB is approximately 1 000 000 bytes) diskette drive uses 1 MB (unformatted) or 2 MB (unformatted) diskettes.
The 3.5-inch open bays are for hot-swap SCSI hard disk drives only. For information on the supported types of drives and their installation, see Internal Drives Installation or Removing.
