TP 760 - Prob with option PN TOFB2HM (2nd HDD adapter)

Service Information:
There has been a problem discovered with the Option Number TOFB2HM (Second Hard Disk Drive Adpater). for TP760.
The problem has been investgated and is now understood and fixed however there has been a number shipped with both root causes. The latter is more serious.
1. Problem 1
Kit supplied as a set of bits rather than assembled.
Root Cause and Fix
One shift highlighted to be source of error. Education supplied and instructions made available. Intent now to initiate instructions per job rather than generic reference.
2. Problem 2
Kit also supplied in bits however further complicated through the inclusion of a wrong part.
Root Cause and Fix
Error traced to stock picking. Process checks now in place will make this a less likely occurrence.
