Crossbrand - Windows 95 Sound Recorder makes clicking sound

Symptom:
Customer called with clicking sound coming from speaker when playing a recorded sound bite.
Problem Isolation Aid:
None
Fix:
Go to Edit, Audio_properties. Under recording click on customize. Change attributes to 44,100Hz, 16Bit, stereo, then change preferred to CD Quality and save.
