Year 2K test fails

How to duplicate:
Set system date /time to FEB 28th 23:57 (or above) on a leap year. Power the system off and the date will roll over to March 1st.
Root cause:
This is a limitation of the chipset which does not occur when the time is set to 10 seconds prior to the roll over date. this is unlikely to have any customer impact. Test program issue only.
Workaround:
Reset date.
