IBM PC300GL - NetFinity startup error: "No Services Available" (Type 6561, 6591)

SYMPTOM:
After installing Netfinity from the Ready-To-Configure (RTC) CDROM, Netfinity returns the error "No Services Available" when started.

PROBLEM ISOLATION AIDS:
This tip applies to the IBM PC300GL, Machine Types 6561/6591, preloaded with Windows 95.

The error will most often be seen when Netfinity is installed at the same time with other systems management applications from the RTC. For example, LANDesk, ClientCare and Netfinity.

FIX:
Reinstall Netfinity by itself from the RTC.
