Hardware Requirements for Non-IBM systems:
Supported on most non-IBM platforms which provide an external narrow or wide SCSI interface, conforming to ANSI SCSI-2 X3.131 - 1994.

Supported Operating Systems:
Software will be supplied by the attaching system. No special software is required nor supplied.

Limitations:
Termination of the SCSI bus is required. If the installed device is not self terminating, an external terminator may be required. Contact your dealer for ordering information. The IBM 20/40GB 8mm Internal Tape Drive (part numbers 76H0485 and 01K1325), will require an external wide terminator, if the device is the last on it's SCSI chain.

Some configurations may not be compatible.

Supported Software: Software will be supplied by the attaching system. No special software is required nor supplied.

• External SCSI Data Cable required.
• Power cord must be shipped in countries ordering 3510-030. A power cord is included with 3510-020. A power cord may need to be purchased separately depending on country.
