4/8GB TR4 Internal EIDE Tape Drive - Does not work with Windows NT 3.51

Symptom:
Error, "the tape cartridge is empty" appears while attempting to restore data using a TR4 internal tape drive and Windows NT with Service Pack 5.

Resolution:
Reinstall the original driver for the tape drive. They are located on the Windows NT Installation CD. To do this use the following command:

EXPAND [CD DRIVE]:\I386\MINIQIC.SY_ C:\WINNT35\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\MINIQIC.SYS

or

Reinstall the driver from Service Pack 4 by doing the following:
1. Expand the Service Pack to a Temporary Directory.
2. Copy [Temp Drive]:\[Temp Directory]\MINIQUIC.SYS C:\WINNT35\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\MINIQUIC.SYS
