Netfinity 3000 - Error loading IBMFE.LAN

When loading IBMFE.LAN on a Netfinity 3000, you may encounter the following error:
IBMFE-NW-000-Adapter 1-Board 0:
The IBM 100/10 EtherJet PCI Adapter in slot 10001 has been disabled because the hardware is not responding.
Possible problems:
- duplex mismatch
- hardware failure
To eliminate this error, apply the LOADER patch from 312PTD.EXE which is available on Novell's web site at:
http://support.novell.com/misc/patlst.htm
To apply the LOADER patch, copy the files from \312PTD\NATIVE\LOADER into C:\SERVER.312.
From the C:\SERVER.312 directory, type "LSWAP LOADER.EXE SERVER.EXE"
