IBM PC730/PC750 - Certificate of authenticity for Windows 95

Service Information:
There have been reports received from several countries that machines have been received without the Windows 95 Booklet. Attached to this booklet is the Certificate Of Authenticity.
It has been discovered after an investigation in Greenock that this was caused by a UPOS set-up error. This error has been rectified and the process of setting up the UPOS tables had been improved.
A small number of the following machine type models have been shipped without the Windows 95 Booklet and Certificate Of Authenticity
6877-KAN 6887-KBN
6877-MAR 6887-KCR
6877-VAN 6887-XAR
6887-YAN 6887-YEN
6887-YPN 6887-YFN
6887-8AP
We are currently checking our Tracking System records to obtain all the names and addresses of customers who have received these Machines to send them the missing items.
However, if you should receive a complaint in the interim then the current Short Ship process should be used. The Helpdesk will send the missing items and also ensure that duplicates are not resent when the full customer list is complete.
