Applicable to: World-Wide
Question:
How do I install a Windows 95- or 98-based application?
Solution:
(1) Click on START -> SETTINGS -> CONTROL PANEL.
(2) Double-click on ADD/REMOVE PROGRAM.
(3) Place the diskette or CD in the appropriate drive and click on INSTALL.
(4) After the diskette or CD is in the drive, click on NEXT.
(5) If the Run Installation Program does not find the name of the installation program, you can verify the drive letter being searched (which should be the drive that the disk or CD was inserted in) and choose BROWSE. Once the installation program name is found, double-click on it, then click on FINISH.
Follow the on-screen instructions for installing the program.
