TP Expansion Unit - International Warranty Service

Customers who travel or need to move products to another country will be able to register their product for IBM International Warranty Service (IWS). Upon registering with the International Warranty Service Office, IBM will issue an International Warranty Service Certificate that will be honored worldwide, wherever IBM or IBM resellers sell and service this IBM machine type. The IWS certificate should be adhered to the bottom of the IBM ThinkPad and is required in order for the warranty to be honored. The IWS Office will also include a list of all countries that provide service for your IBM ThinkPad Machine Type and the telephone number to call for service in those countries. During the original warranty period, customers will be provided service through the service delivery method available in the servicing country. For more information on IBM International Warranty Service or to register your IBM PC system contact IBM at the International Warranty Service Office nearest you.
