Crossbrand - Net-it Now! uses wrong print processor for Canon Printers

Symptom:
Installing Net-it Now! from the Lotus SmartSuite Millennium Edition, then installing Canon printer drivers will cause the printer to not print and return error messages. These messages will remain even after Lotus SmartSuite is removed from the system.
Configuration:
ThinkPads and Aptiva machines preloaded with Lotus SmartSuite Millennium Edition and connected to a Canon Printer.
Solution:
There are two solutions to this problem:
1. Visit the Canon web site at http://www.canon.com and obtain the latest Canon printer driver. Uninstall your current driver, and install new drivers.

Visit the Net-it Now web site at http://www.net-it.com/kb/kb00069.htm to download a fix.
