Joystick FRU Part Number 76H1572.
Date code on joystick is between 642 TO 721 (Inclusive)
(642=YEAR 1996 WEEK 42. 721=YEAR 1997 WEEK 21)
FIX:
Replace joystick using FRU 76H1572. FRU stock has been screened.
