PS/1-Aptiva - Can I size my Works chart?

You can print your chart in various sizes after inserting the chart into a Word Processor file. (Sizing is not a function in the Spreadsheet tool.) To copy or insert your chart into a Word Processing file, follow these steps:

Note: The chart will not appear on the screen, only the chart placeholder.

1. Open the Spreadsheet containing the chart.

2. Open a new or existing Word Processor file.

3. Place the cursor in the position you want the chart.

4. Choose Edit from the menu bar and select Insert Chart.

5. In the Spreadsheets box, select the Spreadsheet file.

6. In the Charts box, select the chart you want to insert.

7. Choose OK or press Enter.

To size the chart:

1. Move the cursor to the chart placeholder.

2. Choose Format from the menu bar and select Indents & Spacing.

3. In the dialog box, select the size options you want.

4. Choose OK or press Enter.

Next, you can preview the chart and make any changes prior to printing. To preview your file, select Print from the menu bar and choose Preview.
