TP 770Z - Error message received when using Help in Intel Video Phone

SYMPTOM:
After following the procedure outlined below in v.3.00.144 of Intel Video Phone (IVP), the following error message appears Topic does not exist.
One example used to receive this error message is to click on Help --> Troubleshooting --> Error Messages --> I get a message saying I need to manually connect to the Internet. If you click on the Block Tab link ( ), the error message will appear.
CONFIGURATION:
ThinkPad 770X where the Intel Video Phone v.3.00.144 is installed for the Software Selections CD that came with the system.
WORKAROUND:
Click on the Message link instead of the Block Tab link( ).
SOLUTION:
An patch to the Help file for IVP is available for download from the IBM Web Site. To download this file, click here ().
