Aptiva - 2144/2168 (SL-H/I) Considerations: Lotus Smart Suite installation problems

For all SmartSuite calls, refer the customer to Lotus. There is a sheet that ships with the shrinkwrap of SmartSuite that outlines the Lotus Customer Support channels. The phone number for voice support in the US is (508) 988-2500. They also have Faxback and BBS services available.

For calls on SmartSuite, do a problem determination to make sure it is not a hardware failure.
(e.g. If you cannot get an app to print try an app outside of SmartSuite and see if it prints.) After determining that the hardware is fine, refer the customer to Lotus at (508) 988-2500.
