Additional Information:	Creating the diskette 1. Download the file to a temporary directory on your hard drive. 2. Insert a blank, formated disk into the floppy drive. 3. Run the file by double-clicking on it from Windows Explorer. 4. Follow the instructions on the screen and it will expand the image onto your diskette drive. This patch is intended for limited distribution to IBM customers. It has received only limited testing before release by IBM, therefore it is suggested that any critical data on your hard drive be backed up before applying it. This patch will become obsolete with the next release of Mwave code. Patch Scope =========== This patch is intended for Mwave version 2.24 running under IBM Warp (OS/2) Patch Contents ============== Mwnotos2.exe 26,400 11-25-97 10:07am Installation Related Files ========================== README.TXT Patch Prerequisites =================== Mwave version 2.24 must be loaded on your computer running under OS/2 Warp Patch Instructions ================== 1. Because the Mwnotos2.exe file is locked it is necessary to boot the system to command prompt mode. Boot the machine and press Alt-F1 when the "OS2" characters first appear on the display. 2. When options screen is displayed select "Command Prompt Mode" 3. Rename the file \Mwaveos2\bin\Mwnotos2.exe to Mwnotos2.old 4. Copy the file a:Mwnotos2.exe to Mwaveos2\bin 5. Reboot the machine normally
